Every piece travels insured, tracked, and protected.
Processing Time
Each piece is inspected, packaged, and documented by hand before shipping. We do not use automated fulfilment.

Processing time does not include transit time. You will receive a tracking number by email the day your shipment leaves the studio.

All domestic shipments include full declared-value insurance and signature confirmation on orders over $150.
International Shipping
International shipping will be available soon. We are working to bring Amor Aeternus pieces to collectors outside the United States — write to us if you would like to be notified when it opens.
Lost or Damaged Pieces
We take extraordinary care in packaging each piece — custom-fitted archival boxes, tissue, and foam inlays. Despite this, damage in transit can occur.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@amoraeternus.studio with:
— Photographs of the damage and packaging
— Your order number
— A brief description of what occurred
We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work with you on a resolution. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, a replacement of the identical item is not possible — we will discuss options including a full refund or a commissioned remake.
Lost packages: If tracking shows delivery but your piece has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation and keep you informed throughout.
Returns & All Sales Final
Because every piece from Amor Aeternus is a hand-engraved, one-of-a-kind antique or vintage piece, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on drop purchases.
Commissions may be cancelled before engraving begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once engraving has commenced, deposits are non-refundable — you will receive the completed piece.
